Blackjack is a mature Percheron/Thoroughbred cross, standing17-3 hands tall, who loves to pull carriages and wagons. His friendly and enthusiastic personality along with his strength and endurance make him a delight to work with. Percheron draft horses originated in France and are known for their intelligence and willingness to work. At one time Percheron's accounted for 70% of registered draft horses in America...33,000 in 1930. In 2010 there were approximately 3000 registered horses.
